Cafe Style Wooden Shutters are designed to cover the lower section of your windows only. These are typically used to prevent people peering directly into their windows, therefore privacy is generally only an issue on the lower half of the window. The top half of the window is often left with nothing at all covering it or sometimes with a Day n Night Roller / Roman Blind.
Cafe Style Shutters are also great for shop fronts or offices, looking to protect there products or computer screens from the sun. (don’t laugh when I mention sun in this country!)
